Shipping Info
Delivery Time
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:00pm will generally leave our warehouse within 1-14 business days.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST or on Sunday and holidays will generally leave our warehouse within 1-14 business days.
Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.
If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of the Supplier) then the goods shall be returned to the Supplier and a refund or re-credit will be actioned minus and shipping and handling fees incurred by the Supplier.
If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations the Supplier shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods, less any expenses incurred for failed delivery.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment Methods
We accept Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, credit cards.
Handling Fee
We do not charge a Handling fee!
Warranty/Returns
DESCHMANN chip tuning box offers two-year warranty
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Suppliers instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Suppliers approval.
8.3 If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify the Supplier in writing by letter, email or fax within 7 days.
8.4 If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify the Supplier in writing via letter, email or phone as soon as possible.
Applicable Law
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

Return Policy
Merchandise Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt you may send the product back for a refund according to our requirements: All products returned must be in new condition.
Customers are responsible for the return shipment costs. DESCHMANN chip tuning box under no circumstance will refund the customer for initial and return shipping costs.
Products returned damaged, in unreadable condition will be returned back to the customer.
All returns must be accompanied with a delivery confirmation or signature delivery to show prove of delivery to our address.
Refused Shipments
Customers who refuse shipments or provide incorrect shipping addresses are required to re-pay shipping costs. If customer cancels order after shipment is made, customer is required to pay a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, DESCHMANN chip tuning box can send a replacement out without charge to the customer. However, if customer decides to cancel the order, customer will be required to pay a 25% restocking fee.
Order Cancellation
Order cancelations must be done promptly before and order is shipped. We ship daily so it’s essential to call or email us within hours of placing your order to be able to cancel the order. All cancelations which have been charged are subject to 10% cancelation fee which covers our processing fees.
Order Error
If merchandise ordered has not been received, please email or call us within business hours. We will work with you to promptly investigate the location of your order.
Clearance Items
All sales are final on clearance items.
Pricing & Errors
Prices shown and stock availability are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any type of error, DESCHMANN chip tuning box reserves the right to refuse or cancel said line item within the order, or the entire order. In such case, the customer will receive a credit for the canceled amount.
Partial Shipments
Occasionally your product will be shipped at a different time and it may arrive at different times.
